Unless otherwise specified in the announcement bar, items have a processing time of up to 7 business days. The reason for this is I am a one person operation. During times of heavy order volumes it takes me longer to get through everything. Usually I ship within 3 days but again, depends on order volumes. Thanks for your understanding!

I work Monday through Friday. Orders placed Friday to Sunday (sometimes Thursday if it’s a busy week) do not ship until Monday at the earliest.

All sizes now have a roller ball, including samples!

Samples are the tiny 1ml capped amber bottles. 9ml is the rectangular bottle. 30ml (1oz) is the tallest bottle with the crystal cap.

This happens frequently especially with old information saved to Apple or Google Pay. If your billing zip code is incorrect, the order will not go through. There is a lag between the payment processor and your bank, however, so it may show up as pending. Rest assured, you haven’t been charged and the pending charge will disappear in a day or so. You can try to place an order again if you wish.

Please check your address at checkout. Squarespace autofills addresses, and apartment numbers and other details frequently go missing (especially if you use Apple Pay). If something is incomplete I'll reach out to get it corrected. If you don't reply, I'll cancel and refund your order.

Processing time is 7 days due to high order volumes. If your order is time sensitive, please contact me before purchasing.

US domestic orders

I ship USPS Ground Advantage. Delivery currently takes up to 7 days from the date of shipment. If you haven't received your order within 2 weeks of it being marked shipped, please get in touch. Most domestic shipments cost $7.00, rising to $15.50 for more than 4 full size bottles.

International orders

I currently ship to Canada, Mexico, UK (via Etsy) and Australia. You are responsible for all customs fees, tariffs, and government charges. I'm sorry for the inconvenience, but I cannot mark your item as a gift.

International packages generally take 4–6 weeks. If you haven't received your order within 8 weeks of it being marked shipped, let me know. Please note that international tracking isn't always reliable — sometimes you can follow a package the whole way, sometimes postal workers in the US or your own country don't scan it. Don't be alarmed before the 6 week mark. It's most likely sitting in customs and perfectly fine.

Most international shipments cost $20.00, rising to as much as $50 for more than 4 full size bottles.

United Kingdom: you can order through my Etsy shop. UK regulations mean I can't support shipping through this website.

European Union: I can no longer ship to the EU. I love my European friends, but packaging and ingredient regulations have made it too complicated for a studio my size. See below for mail forwarding options.

If you are in a country I cannot ship to and you accidentally select Pick Up in Seattle, email me and I will cancel your order. (I do not see Pick Up Orders unless arrangements are made, so I will not notice unless you let me know.)

The Gothic Perfume Countdown Calendar

The calendar ships to US addresses only — including for customers in Canada, Mexico and Australia, where I can normally ship, and for the UK, since the calendar isn't available on Etsy. Because of the quantity of alcohol-based fragrance in the box, it has to travel by ground, and there's no ground route out of the country. I wish I had a workaround, and I don't.

Anyone outside the US can still get one by using a package forwarding service, described below.

Package forwarding

If you're in a country I can't ship to, or you want the calendar from outside the US, a package forwarding service is the way. They give you a US address, receive your order, and send it on to you. Here's how it works:

1. Sign up with a forwarder. They'll give you a US shipping address.

2. Place your order with me and use that address at checkout.

3. I ship your order to the forwarder, just like any US order.

4. The forwarder repacks your order for international transport and sends it on. You pay them directly for their service and shipping.

Because perfume is classed as a flammable liquid, many forwarders won't accept it. These two currently ship fragrance to many countries:

• Stackry checks and prepares perfume shipments for you. Their perfume handling fee is charged per package, so ordering several items at once is the most economical way to go.

• Shipito requires you to declare the perfume as potential dangerous goods on their customs form when you request your shipment. Otherwise it may be delayed.

Please check each service's current policy, fees, and whether they ship perfume to your country before ordering. Some countries restrict perfume imports.

Good to know before you order:

• Forwarding fees, international shipping, and any import taxes, duties, or customs charges are your responsibility. Forwarding fees for perfume are higher than for ordinary packages.

• My products are made and labeled for the US market. Customs in your country may hold or refuse a shipment, and I can't control or refund that outcome.

• Once the forwarder confirms delivery at their US address, your order is considered delivered. Any loss, damage, or delay after that point is handled with the forwarder.

Ugh I am so sorry but for some reason Squarespace does not have the ability to update addresses on subscriptions. If you let me know before it ships I can change the address on my shipping tool but future orders will still show up as your old address. The easiest thing to do is cancel your subscription and re-sign up with your new address. I apologize for the inconvenience.

Scent is subjective and even though I try my best to describe each perfume in such a way that you have a good idea of what it will smell like, you may find it is not to your taste. For this reason, I encourage you to sample first.

Because of issues with hygiene, I cannot accept returns on used perfumes. If your order was damaged or you received incorrect items, I am happy to send you a replacement or refund you, but otherwise I unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges.

For the most part I cannot. I am a small time shop and it is not fiscally possible for me - it is nothing personal, I’m sorry! I do however love a good marketing collaboration. Send me your links, aesthetic, and info about your followers and I can look it over. The best collaborations I’ve had came from people who bought samples and reviewed without my knowledge. I then asked them to do more reviews, gave them more product, and paid them.

All scents in the Immortal Perfumes line are made with a mix of essential oils, fragrance oils (aromachemicals), and Jojoba oil. Fragrance oils are synthetic. That word makes a lot of people get nervous but it’s actually a good thing! Here are the reasons why I’m proud to use a mix of fragrance and essential oils.

First, some essential oils come from animals which I don't believe in harming for the sake of a luxury like perfume (musk, ambergris, civet). Secondly, not all essential oils exist. If you want to smell like chocolate, you'll be wearing a fragrance oil. Third, fragrance oils get a bad rap for being man made. However, what a lot of people don’t realize is that essential oils, while natural, are heavily concentrated and can be very irritating (many of them are medicinal after all).

That is actually the reason why synthetic fragrance oils were introduced to perfume in the first place, a desire to keep irritants down (in fact in the European Union there are new guidelines that forbid certain natural scents such as oak moss). Some people are very sensitive to synthetic fragrance but please note if that’s you, you should also be careful around essential oils as well or at least make sure that the concentration is low and always keep these oils away from your face.

The last reason is economics. Pure botanical ingredients are very costly. As a small time shop it's not possible for me to spend large amounts of money for small amounts of ingredients (although I hope in the future to be able to carry a line of 100% botanicals for my customers who desire that). These savings are passed on to the customer in that I offer mid-range prices.

All perfumes are vegan and cruelty free, and made with a mix of essential oils, fragrance oils, and Jojoba oil. That's it, nothing else added. None of this is to say that I think botanical vs. synthetic is inherently better than the other, just trying to do my part to dispel the myth that perfumes with synthetics are bad. In the meantime, if you're looking for a 100% botanical perfume, there are several excellent perfumers I would be happy to recommend!
